Getting a quote
Ideally 6 months before your big day is ideal. However we do realise that some dates are busier than others so any time is fine before then, please note that your booking is NOT confirmed until we have given written confirmation and the deposit is received.
Deposit and Payment Terms
To confirm your booking we require 40% deposit. This deposit is non refundable. Written confirmation from us of your deposit secures your position in our books.
By paying your deposit, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.
Balance and final costs
Events must be paid for in full, 7 days prior to the event, no exceptions. Bank transfer is preferred, however cheques and cash are acceptable, but must all have cleared prior to that 7 days. You will be sent an invoice approximately 1 month prior. For bookings within the 1 month time frame full payment is required. Your booking with us may not go ahead if payment is not received in time.
A third and final invoice may be issued up to 10 working days after your event to cover incidentals such as breakages of hire equipment and in the event of unforeseen time delays from you, the client, which require our staff to work over-time on the event day, we reserve the right to invoice you for these hours.

Payment may be made by Credit Card however there will be a 3% charge to do so.
15% GST is applicable on all quoted prices and will be clearly itemised on your quote and invoice. This includes, but is not limited to the food, transportation, hire of equipment.
Cancellations and Deposits
All notices of cancellation must be received in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply at the discretion of Morsel management:
If your cancellation is less than 7 days of your booking full payment will still be required.
Appointments & consults/tastings: Tastings are offered free for up to four people upon confirmation of booking, if you wish to have a tasting before paying the booking fee there is a $150 charge for up to four people. Extra tastings will be charged at $50 per person.
Breakages: Morsel reserves the right to invoice you for any breakages, loss or theft of equipment by yourselves or attendees at the event.
In the event of unforeseen time delays from you, the client, which require our staff to work over-time on the event day, we reserve the right to invoice you for these hours.
After an booking has been confirmed clients wishing to make menu changes may incur extra charges to accommodate any extra ingredients or printing. It is YOUR responsibility to supply Morsel with dietary requirements; we reserve the right to charge for any last minute dietary changes made to the menu.
