Ishi is our detail-oriented partner with a background in architecture. After specialising in boutique and luxury hotels, she found her true calling in hospitality. Her experience as a bar manager gave her a deep appreciation for creating amazing dining experiences. At Morsel, she ensures that every detail, from the ambiance to the service, is just right.
